Content Storage Move Utility

This utility allows a P8 administrator the ability to move FileNet CE content from one storage area to another within an object store. The utility leverages the built-in CE APIs to allow for a single threaded instance to run during production hours. The CE Object Store database pointers are updated immediately so subsequent content retrievals are satisfied from the new storage location.
